Dear Daughter,

Supply.

Philippians 4:19 ESV

19 And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Luke 12:31 TPT

31 Each and every day he will supply your needs as you seek his kingdom passionately, above all else.

My God is my provider of all that I need or desire. I do not look to my wages or the world but to my Jesus. As I spend time in His presence building a relationship with Him, I also learn His love for me and I learn how much I can trust in my Jesus. Each and every day, even every moment I turn to Him the author and finisher of my faith. My saviour my God my King.

Each and every day.

Dear Daughter,

Confess.

1 John 1:9 (ESV)

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Proverbs 28:13 (TPT)

13 If you cover up your sin you’ll never do well.
But if you confess your sins and forsake them,
you will be kissed by mercy.

If when we confess our sins God forgives us, forgets about the sin and kisses us with mercy, why would He withhold anything else from us? God is our provider, deliver and best friend. God wants to bless us but we need to be ready to except all that He has, we need to understand from His perspective. Be obedient and thankful in little ways and then we can be trusted with much.

Cleansed and kissed with mercy.

Dear Daughter,

Seek.

Luke 12:30-31 (ESV)

30 For all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father knows that you need them. 31 Instead, seek his kingdom, and these things will be added to you.

John 6:27 (TPT)

27 Why would you strive for food that is perishable and not be passionate to seek the food of eternal life, which never spoils? I, the Son of Man, am ready to give you what matters most, for God the Father has destined me for this purpose.”

We store up earthly food but not spiritual food. Jesus knows what we need and He is our provider, He is faithful. We need to seek after the Word of God and feed our spirits so that they will be well nourished. It is Jesus that sustains us in the desert, in the dry places. When our roots are well established in Jesus no lack of any kind will uproot us. Not even a tornado will be able to rock our foundation.

Turn and seek the kingdom and all of God’s goodness.

Dear Daughter,

Provider.

2 Chronicles 26:5 (ESV)

He set himself to seek God in the days of Zechariah, who instructed him in the fear of God, and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him prosper.

Acts 24:16 (TPT)

16 That’s why I seek with all my heart to have a clean conscience toward God and toward others.

God promises when we seek Him, He will provide. Do we not provide for our children so God will provide for us. We do not give our children everything their hearts desire, God is just and knows what we are in need of. When we know God’s Word we can ask in line with the Word. We are His children and He loves us unconditionally.

Seek.

Dear Daughter,

God.

Psalm 9:10 (ESV)

10 And those who know your name put their trust in you,
for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.

Do we really know God’s name, do we know the meanings of God’s name. Through the bible God has many names and they all have a meaning and they all are an answer to our every need. God is ‘The Lord my Shepherd’ ‘The Lord my sanctifier’ ‘The Lord who is present’ ‘The Lord our healer’ ‘The Lord our provider’ ‘The Lord is peace’ ‘The strong one who sees’ ‘God of knowledge’ to name only a few.

We can put our trust in Him.

Dear Daughter,

Thank you.

Luke 17:15 (ESV)

15 Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice;

Let’s not forget to thank and praise God for our healing even before it has happened. Part of faith is thanking God before it has happened like it has already been done. Let us lift up our voices in thanksgiving and praise to our God our provider of all that we need. Let us not whisper but shout out loud our praise to our risen Lord.

Praise God.

Dear Daughter,

Healer.

Exodus 15:26 (ESV)

26 saying, “If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.”

‘I am the Lord your healer’ this is who God is, one of His many names. God has always been there to heal His people. Healing comes in many different shapes and forms, physical, mental, spiritual or a broken heart, our God is Healer. What do we need God to be for us right now? My heart is hurting my body aches but my God is my provider and right now He provides me with healing and love.

Diligently listen to the voice of our God.

Dear Daughter,

Welfare.

Jeremiah 29:7 (ESV)

But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.

We may not be in exile but do we pray for where we live? It makes sense that if the area we live in is doing well then so will we. God wants us to prosper and do well so that we can show people what an amazing God we serve. God wants us to focus on Him and when money is a problem it can be difficult to keep that focus. God wants to be our provider so let us pray for the welfare of others.

Plant the seed.

Dear Daughter,

Prepared.

Acts 10:17 (TPT)

17 Peter was so stunned by the vision that he couldn’t stop wondering about what all it meant.

Meanwhile, Cornelius’ men had learned where Peter was staying and at that same moment were standing outside the gate.

God prepares the way. God prepared Peter to go to Joppa even before the men arrived. God knows what is up ahead and prepares the way for us but we must trust. We must listen and be open to how God directs. No matter how strange it seems God knows how we are to move forward. God knows where He needs us next. God is in control and He is our provider.

What it all meant.

Dear Daughter,

Us.

Luke 11:3 (TPT)

And give us our needed bread for the coming day.

What do we need because God is our provider? God has never and will never let us down. Heaven is full and it is our hope and faith that connect us to heaven so we can receive all its goodness. God knows how many hairs are on our head that is how much He cares. God provides us with the very breath we breathe so why would He not meet our every need.

For the coming day.

Your loving sister Amanda.
