Ephesians 2:20-21 (ESV)

²⁰ built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, ²¹ in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord.

We are being built on a solid foundation with Jesus as our corner stone for our lives. With a solid foundation when the storms come we will be able to stand firm and secure. We are one part of an amazing structure called the body of Christ. Each one of us is joined to the other and as we grow together we become more like Jesus.

Dear Daughter of Almighty God

Build up

Acts 20:32 (ESV)
³² And now I commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

The Word of God builds us up and gives us our inheritance, so why do we neglect it so much? The bible is not the easiest book to understand but it is still more than worth the effort. We may not understand but our spirits do and the more we read the more we will understand as we are built up. The Holy Spirit is there to help us so we need to ask Him.

Ephesians 4:12 (NIV)

¹² to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up

Jesus has commissioned workers to serve; He has equipped each of us ready for the work ahead. We are all called to serve in some way. If you do not know what then just start serving where you see a need.

When we are serving it builds up the body of Christ, how? From my experience serving others builds me up, I see it take the pressure of others which builds them up and for those who are finding things difficult it helps to pick them up.

Follow Jesus’ example and put others first.

Dear Daughter of Almighty God

Build

Jude 1:20-21 (ESV)

²⁰ But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, ²¹ keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life.

We get things wrong, we get discouraged, we feel guilty and the list could go on but stop! Let us build ourselves up in our most holy faith. It is for us to do not Father, not Jesus and not the Holy Spirit it is for us to build ourselves up in our most Holy faith.

We can do it as Father makes sure He asks nothing of us that we cannot do even if we can only do it with His help. As we stir ourselves up our spirit will connect with the Holy Spirit and we will build ourselves up in faith.

When we are built up and praying in the Holy Spirit then the next bit comes much easier. Keep yourselves in the love of God, when we are connected to Father with the Holy Spirit we will stay in love because our Father is love.
