Dear Daughter of Almighty God

Steadfast

James 1:2-4 (ESV)

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

Do we count it all joy when difficult situation come around? This does not mean we are to enjoy the difficulty but that we should go through the circumstances with joy. Even when Paul was in prison chained to guards, probable cold wet and hungry you will still read that he would be rejoicing, singing praise to a mighty God. One time the praise and worship brought God on the scene with such great power there was an earth quake that shook the prison and opened all the prison doors.

Paul was found to be steadfast in his faith, he believed that God was in control of the situation and God would deliver him. It did not matter whether Paul was going through good or bad time he stood strong on his faith in God and God always delivered. We need to keep standing on the Word of God no matter what we can see before us and our faith will be put to work which is when our faith grows. Paul did not have the bible like we have as he wrote a lot of the New Testament but he still kept his faith in God.

As we rejoice in all things we are keeping our focus on God, we our trusting Him and He will never let us down. We must keep steadfast in God as we cannot always see what God is doing or how He will bring things around for our good. When we keep standing we will be perfect and complete lacking nothing.

Do not give up your break through could be seconds away

Your loving sister Amanda
