Meditate
Joshua 1:8 (ESV)
8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
Meditate means contemplate, ponder, think, consider, deliberate, turn over in your mind, mull over and reflect. When we read the word we need to meditate on what we have read and let it come out of our months.
It is just as important to speak the Word of God as it is to read the Word. When we speak out the Word our Angles sit up and take notice, when spoke in faith it sends them into action. Don’t allow your angles to be sat around in heaven twiddling their thumbs give them some work to do. God designed the angles to act on His Words.
The Word of God promises our way to be prosperous and that we should have good success if we do as He has said. This scripture puts it “For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Looks like we have something to do with God’s Word being fulfilled in our own lives.
Let’s meditate on and speak out God’s Word.
